Command Senior Enlisted Leader
Master Sergeant Bradley D. Naukam
Bradley Naukam enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2004 and graduated from recruit training in Parris Island, SC and assigned the MOS of 2621, Cryptologic Analyst. Upon completion of MOS school, Private Naukam received orders to India Company, Marine Cryptologic Support Battalion (MCSB) where he served on the Kunia Regional Security Operations Center watch floor. Private Naukam was promoted to Private First Class and Lance Corporal then volunteered for an individual augment deployment in 2007. 
 
LCpl Naukam deployed to Iraq in April 2007, serving aboard Camp Fallujah with 1st Intelligence Bn and then aboard Camp Al-Qaim with 2nd Battalion, 4th Marines. Cpl Naukam returned to his parent command of India Company, MCSB in October 2007 where he served in the Counterterrorism office. Cpl Naukam attended Marine Analysis & Reporting Course aboard Goodfellow AFB, Texas in August 2008 and Martial Art Instructor's Course (MAIC) aboard MCB Kaneohe, HI in March 2009. Cpl Naukam was promoted to Sergeant in January 2009, then received follow-on orders to 1st Radio Bn aboard Camp Pendleton, CA. 
 
Sgt Naukam reported to Charlie Company, 1st Radio Battalion in January 2010 and served as a Signals Support Team (SST) Team Leader tasked to prepare his team for an upcoming deployment to Helmand Province, Afghanistan in support of (ISO) Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) 10.2. Sgt Naukam deployed from August 2010 to February 2011 ISO 3rd Bn, 1st Marines and 2nd Bn, 1st Marines. Sgt Naukam deployed again with Bravo Company, 1st Radio Bn's OEF 12.1 detachment from December 2011 to July 2012 ISO 2nd Bn, 4th Marines and 2nd Bn, 5th Marines. Upon his return, Sgt Naukam served as the S-3D Platoon Sgt and was promoted to Staff Sergeant in October 2012. Staff Sergeant Naukam then served a 6-month billet with the I Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) G-7 as the Signals Intelligence Chief. SSgt Naukam was then selected for the Military Internship National Security Agency Program (MINSAP) with follow-on orders to Ft Meade, MD. 
 
SSgt Naukam reported for duty to Bravo Company, MCSB aboard Ft Meade, MD in July 2013 where he completed a 3-year curriculum and four office internships required to graduate MINSAP. Upon completion of his tour, SSgt Naukam received follow-on orders to 1st Radio Bn in July 2016. 
 
Upon checking into 1st Radio Bn, SSgt Naukam was appointed Company Gunnery Sergeant of Alpha Company and was promoted to Gunnery Sergeant in December 2016. Gunnery Sergeant Naukam then served as the I MEF Inspector General Chief from February 2017 to March 2018. Afterwards, GySgt Naukam returned to 1st Radio Battalion where he was appointed the SNCOIC of the S-3D. In June 2018, GySgt Naukam served as the I MEF Expeditionary Operations Training Group Signals Intelligence Chief. Upon return to 1st Radio Bn in December 2018, GySgt Naukam served as the H&S Company Operations Chief until departing the command in September 2020. 
 
GySgt Naukam has served with Co H, MCSB since and was promoted to Master Sergeant in July 2021. 

Master Sergeant Naukam's personal decorations include Joint Service Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with gold star, Combat Action Ribbon, as well as numerous unit and service awards.
